Majestic Plaza Hotel Prague

There are so many thing I loved about the experience that my family and I had. Customer Service First and foremost is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. From the moment we entered to the moment we left they were accommodating to any needs we had, mostly from the reception team, but also catering and housekeeping staff. Taxis were provided very promptly, even at short notice, and equipment like ironing board was swiftly provided upon request. Breakfast The second was the amazing breakfast facilities which offered two large dining rooms and a massive selection of dishes, both hot and cold, sweet and savoury. It also catered to all needs, such as those of our party who are lactose intolerant by providing soya milk, and those who have a more exotic taste, through the provision of rare toppings like grated coconut and chia seeds. Absolutely fabulous variety. Rooms The rooms were immaculately cleaned, excellent size, with airconditioning, all shower facilities, and added convenience facilites such as fridge, teas and kettle, and safe. Extra Facilities A bonus was having a massage service available which some of our party used, as well as a handy bar for drinks. We only noticed the jacuzzi service towards the end but would have loved to have used this! Location The hotel is situated in a close walking distance to convenience shops, restaurants, the river Vltava, and the centre (Old Town Square, Wenceslas Square), as well as close to trams to take us a little further afield (Prague Castle and Petrin). Overall Verdict What a super amazing hotel! It has everything excellent going for it! Highly recommended! Absolutely glad I chose it!

This place is absolutely wonderful! We stayed for 12 nights and could of extended if time permitted. The rooms are beautiful and this is one of the cleanest hotels that I have ever stayed at. Breakfast is great and they have managed the large numbers by opening a second breakfast area downstairs rather than overcrowding the main area. The hotel staff speak English well and were helpful when needed. The location is very central with fantastic restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes walking distance.

This grand hotel has kept its splendor from long ago. The high ceiling and solid wood trim, with elegant furniture gave me the feeling that I was in a palace. The beds were comfortable, and there were enough high end antique chairs to be able to sit and enjoy reading or watching TV. Breakfast included most foods from which people from different cultures could find their own dishes. The location was close but not in the center of the old town so walking around didn't leave one bruised from the crowds. I definitely recommend this place.

Very nice location. Nice breakfast Great view from our room. Friendly staff. We got a driver from the hotel to pick us up and drive us back to airport. Very nice service. The driver that picked us up was nice..(but the car was old and broken)

It was my first trip to Prague. Went with my girlfriend and wanted to have a centrally located hotel so that we could explore everything on foot. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is about 5 minutes on foot to the main walking street and about 10 minutes to the river. We had a really nice stay at the hotel. Staff was polite and attentive. Cleaning was well done. A great deal compared to other hotels in the city (hotels are expensive in Prague). Highly recommended!
